Full-Time Family Manager (m/f/d) Wanted for a Warm and Loving Family in Kaarst

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Regular working hours: approximately 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Flexibility regarding working hours is required
• Start date: immediately
• Long-term collaboration strongly desired

Your Working Environment

• Warm and welcoming family expecting their first baby
• One exceptionally friendly and affectionate family dog
• Spacious property of approximately 400 m²
• 5 rooms
• 1 kitchen
• 5 bathrooms
• Parking available directly at the house
• Location: Kaarst

Your Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning and general care of the home
• Complete laundry care
• Independently organizing and managing the household
• Grocery shopping as needed
• Occasional preparation of meals
• Window cleaning when required
• Light gardening and small tasks around the property
• Supporting the mother in her daily routine
• Loving and attentive support with the care of the baby
• Proactively identifying and taking care of tasks that need to be done

Your Profile

• Native-level English / Native English Speaker
• Proven experience with newborns, infants, and young children
• Previous experience in a private or high-end household is an advantage
• Valid driver's license and own car required
• Non-smoker
• Willingness to travel with the family for approximately 2 weeks per year
• Flexible regarding responsibilities and working hours
• Genuinely enjoys being around children and animals
• Independent, structured, and highly organized
• Responsible and discreet
• Warm, confident, and professional manner
• Absolute honesty and trustworthiness are particularly important to the family
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility for the smooth running of the household

Salary & Benefits

• €3,500–€4,500 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience
• 40-hour full-time position
• 6 weeks of paid vacation
• Secure position with a long-term perspective
• Approximately 2 weeks of travel per year
• Parking available directly at the house
